When You Become the Inspiration
When you unleash your Inner Leader you become the inspiration for others. This is your end goal, your dream, and your Leadership Legacy. The inspirational stories in this chapter are from people who simply spent their life doing their job, super well and to the best of their abilities. They then became inspirations to others. Finding out years later the inspiring effect that you had on people's lives is all about living your Leadership Legacy.
Asking others about the effect that you have had on their lives could be very inspiring to you. Living by your personal values is a key learning to a successful and enjoyable life.
As stated in the preface, I wrote this book to reach a broader audience so that more leaders, like you, could find your authentic selves and begin to build your Leadership Legacies.
