1:	What is a quality assurance team and why would you want one?
A1:	A quality assurance team is a group of people dedicated to testing the functionality and usability of your systems. They move the significant task of testing out of your hands, allowing you to focus on system administration tasks such as monitoring services and maintaining hardware.
