About the Author

Dr. Jessica Kriegel works as an organizational development consultant for Oracle Corporation, where she acts as an adviser and strategist in matters of organizational development, change management, and talent development.

In 2013, Jessica completed her doctoral degree in educational leadership and management with a specialization in human resources development from Drexel University. Her doctoral dissertation research focused on intergenerational dynamics. After graduating she became an adjunct faculty member for the Masters in Human Resources Development program.

As a result of her work in the field, Oracle has named Jessica an Oracle Thought Leader. She is regular contributor to Forbes and speaks at conferences throughout the year on intergenerational issues.

Jessica also has an MBA in International Business from Hult International Business School, completed in 2008.

She sits on the board of the Downtown Sacramento Partnership, the Sacramento Philharmonic & Opera Street Soccer USA - Sacramento Chapter, and the Nehemiah Emerging Leaders Alumni Association.

She was awarded the Association of Talent Development's “One to Watch” Award in 2015, and Training magazine's “Emerging Training Leaders Award” One to Watch in 2014. She was Sacramento Business Journal's 40 Under 40 in 2015, and valedictorian of her Drexel University graduating class in 2013.
