7.5 Neutral Exchange Point
If we want to establish a new Internet provider outside the U.S., we will have to solve two basic communication problems.
The first problem is to establish a connection with America, i.e., we must give our clients access to the world’s Internet information sources. If we want to be an Internet provider in a geographically distant country, we will have to consider the great costs of transatlantic or transpacific connection lines.
