Electric Safety

Electric safety is very important. Many dangers are not easy to see. For this reason, safety should be based on understanding basic electric principles. Common sense also is important. Physical arrangement of equipment in the electric lab or work area should be done in a safe manner. Well-designed electric equipment always should be used. Electric equipment often is improvised for the sake of economy. It is important that all equipment be made as safe as possible. This is especially true for equipment and circuits that are designed and built in a lab or shop.
