The art of body speech

Whilst not strictly body language, speech structures do come under the category of non-verbal communication.

Appreciating these aspects of speech and how someone structures what they wish to say is an important skill, both in comprehension and in forming your response. We all know the phrase ‘It is not what you say it is the way that you say it’ and, as Yogi Berra once said:

‘You can hear a lot when you listen.’
