So far, we’ve described a rather idealized user experience design process, but you’ll find that real projects don’t run so smoothly. The design phases, neatly divided here into chapters, are fluid. You’ll find yourself flipping between phases, returning to supplement earlier work, and roaming through the project in your own way. This is natural. Although every designer follows his own skeletal design process, successful designers tweak their processes depending on context: the medium, the budget, the constraints, and their own personal style.
