The question remains: Where do you get started? We don't recommend beginning on your own. Thousands of companies have implemented PPM to support their enterprise governance practices. It only makes sense to take advantage of their triumphs and pitfalls. You can leverage recognized industry frameworks/standards and best-practice methodologies as a good starting point into portfolio management.
