Imposing change at work

In the last chapter we discussed how to deal with having change imposed on you. In this chapter, we’ll deal with imposing change from a management point of view.

Many managers, on arrival in their new job, are going to be responsible for imposing change. New managers are often required to impose changes – or should be doing so as a result of their own initiative.
