Most of this book is about you and your team. With the exception of Part IV, where we discuss your relationships with management, the topics concern ways to lead, guide, coach, and support your team. However, you and your team work within an organization, and this organization has many groups and individuals who can help you to do your job. Knowing how to use these groups could make your job much easier.

This appendix discusses many of the networking and interrelationship issues you will face in leading a team.
