Chapter 13. Corporate Deployment of Trusted Platforms

This chapter illustrates how TCPA platforms could be used in a corporate environment. Recall that Chapter 2 described application scenarios that can benefit from Trusted Platform (TP) technology. Chapter 10 presented the mechanisms available to a TP owner to enable and manage TCPA mechanisms in a TP. This chapter gives a specific example of how an IT department can use and manage TPs in a corporate infrastructure. It will briefly consider current corporate infrastructure models, then describe the benefits of using TP technology in these environments, and finally discuss issues related to the deployment of TPs in a corporate IT environment.
