This part looks at several roles played by people during an integration. We will take a look at some of the problem personalities that appear when reorganization occurs. To understand the tapestry of actions and emotions brought about by several of these characters operating at the same time, we need to look at the entire melting pot. There are numerous other types of people also impacting the process, but in my experience, the ones mentioned in this part seem to cause the most problems.
