Although most of the cases in my presentations and in this book come from IT pros and involve infrastructure issues, the Sysinternals utilities are useful for developer troubleshooting and include features specifically for developer use. This chapter offers a sampling of developer cases.
“The Case of the Broken Kerberos Delegation” describes how my co-author Aaron used Procmon to narrow down the subtle difference between two versions of a program that caused one to fail.
