Group Facilitation Techniques

Nonverbal and verbal communication are two basic categories of group facilitation techniques and are areas in which leaders may concentrate on building their skills and understanding. Student leaders must be aware of the interplay between these two types of communication styles and elect to assert one or both types in a meaningful manner.
