Coleading Groups

Using two or more facilitators instead of an individual leader is generally understood and widely accepted in both the professional and empirical literature to offer multiple advantages and enhanced outcomes for both leaders and group members (Lundin & Aronov, 1952; Kivlighan, London, & Miles, 2011; Yalom & Leszcz, 2005).
