Beginning the Transformation

We have just left behind some content that was distinctly negative in tone and painted a fairly dismal picture of the current state of performance measurement in most organizations. Despite that, this book carries an extremely optimistic message, starting with this chapter, which gets us onto the transformation path toward realizing the “transformational performance measurement” vision.

In this chapter, I introduce the “Four Keys” that are the foundation for realizing the transformational performance measurement vision.
