Not all content is the same. For example, Web content is updated as frequently as your Web site, sales forecasts are updated several times during the quarter, and a project blog might be updated every hour. In contrast, a scanned invoice will only have one revision, unless the scan failed for some reason. Either way, once content is no longer relevant, it should be moved out of your repository to reduce storage costs and reduce clutter.
