Summary of Lessons Learned

All the cases in this book have shown HR functions eager to seek out good data and apply rigorous thinking—an attitude that is a fundamental element of evidence-based change. More subtle elements are the commitment to create impactful organizational change and to rely on the best existing research and thinking.
