The Blueprint Meeting

With the Analysis and Design phases completed, it's time to get busy creating content. But here are two questions to consider before moving on: Are you sure the entire design team is on board with your recommendations? And are you confident that your sponsor or client won't second-guess your finished project once the project is delivered? The blueprint meeting (see Figure 6.1) is designed to bring your entire team into alignment and gain consensus for the completion of your recommended solutions.
