Conclusion

SUMMARY

The model in Figure 14.1 provides you with a systematic approach to designing instruction, which all instructional design models do. This one, however, focuses the instructional design team and client on results rather than activities. The model is intended to be flexible. You might never use it in its entirety, and you might never use it in the same way twice. It helps you focus your efforts on measurable results, whether the project is a short, temporary solution or an enterprise-wide major change initiative. As you practice using the model, your efforts will become easier and your results will become more successful.
