Implementation: The Final Guarantee of Results

Most instructional design models include logistical steps for implementing instruction but don't go any further. In an instructional design model that delivers results, the Implementation phase has to go further than just implementing training. The Implementation phase has to measure and can even guarantee the expected results. (See Figure 12.1.)
