Designing for Performance Support and M-Learning

Performance support can be one of the most cost-effective choices for delivering training. Instructor-led training and e-learning (covered in Chapters 8 and 9) are the two most popular delivery systems for blended learning solutions. M-learning is a popular and effective choice for delivering learning or performance support to mobile devices for just-in-time learning and support. Both performance support and m-learning are developed during the Production phase of the Handshaw Instructional Design Model (see Figure 10.1).
