Keep in mind as you read the book that the success of team-driven structured OJT lies in its simplicity and the freedom and flexibility it gives to organizations to add their own flare and uniqueness. You are encouraged to add your own company information to the checklists, and worksheets, and to adapt them as necessary. Use your own culture-sensitive words.

Readers who will facilitate teams should read the entire book and pay close attention to chapter 4, “Step 2: Conduct a Team Job Task Analysis,” and chapter 6, “Step 4: Write Training Modules and Cover Sheets.” Trainers will want to concentrate on chapter 10, “Step 8: Conduct OJT.”
