Summary Training Modules

Chapters 3 through 10 end with a summary training module focused on how to carry out the step of the process presented in the chapter. These modules serve four purposes:

1. They summarize the chapter.

2. They provide examples of good training modules (the kind you will learn to write in chapter 6).

3. They give you tools to use when training others in the eight-step process.

4. They provide a checklist for you to follow as you accomplish each step.
