How to Evaluate and Document Trainee Performance

The three-part performance objectives written on the training module cover sheets make trainee evaluation easy. The trainee performs the task according to the training module and the trainer rates the performance as either acceptable or unacceptable (according to the performance objective) and then documents the results. If the performance objective is constructed correctly, it should be clear to both the trainer and trainee whether the trainee’s performance meets the criteria.
