Immediately after the try-out training session, the trainer, trainee, and observer should use Checklist 8.1: On-Site Verification Checklist, which corresponds to the items discussed above. You may want to adapt it to fit your own organization. The observer, after obtaining input from the trainer and trainee, should fill in the checklist and sign it.
