The four human factors interfaces that were discussed in chapter 1 should be introduced to the team during the first module-writing session.

Human factors principles of communication, team development, decision making, conflict resolution, and workload management serve as vehicles for employees to target specific operational practices or job-related conditions that affect performance outcomes.
