How Will the Training Modules Be Used?
Trainers and trainees use the modules to prepare for the training event by reviewing the module content along with the cover sheets (which we’ll discuss in the next section). The modules are followed closely during training sessions so that important information is not omitted. Following the modules also helps ensure that each trainee is taught the same steps, no matter who does the training. Trainees are encouraged to review and practice each task after the training session, and having the modules as ready references makes that easy to do.
