Summary Training Modules

Each of the next eight chapters ends with a summary training module presented in a two-column format. It summarizes how to accomplish that step of the model. Column 1 tells you what to do, step-by-step; column 2 tells you why, when, where, and precisely how to do it for each step—as applicable. For example, every step does not require knowing when because it will be obvious to you. Later on, when you write your own training modules, you’ll discover that column 2 also includes safety precautions and quality requirements. In the chapter summary training modules, however, safety and quality are not pertinent to the module topics and will not be present.
