Chapter Summary

This chapter has provided an introduction to the eight-step model that ties together the philosophy and components of team-driven structured OJT that were discussed in chapter 1. Because employee ownership is fundamental to the success of a structured OJT program, I’ve also identified the key personnel required to implement the eight steps and their roles and responsibilities.
