What Is a Celebration?

A Celebration is a closing activity that ends the training on a positive note, often with a burst of physical energy and enthusiasm. Ideally, a Celebration comes at the very end of the conclusion step, right before learners walk out the door. That way, they leave feeling emotionally positive about the training, reconnected to the learning community, confident about their new knowledge or skills, and committed to using what they have learned.
