Classroom Facilitation
Classroom facilitation is a definite skill that all good trainers need, but it is a learned skill. Many SMEs are asked to do classroom training without being equipped with the basic skills; the results can be painful for all concerned. Table 7-1 lists some of the competencies that an effective facilitator possesses.
