The Delivery Decision

One of the key aspects of your plan is how you intend to deliver your training to your learners. This decision may be simple if your organization delivers 98 percent of its training through a classroom. If your organization has other training delivery options, such as e-learning or self-directed learning, the job gets a little more complex. Your organization may also encourage OJT, mentoring, or coaching as part of the training process, and you will have to account for these company differences in your plan.
