In this chapter, you were introduced to the five levels of training evaluation. You started with the learner’s evaluation of the program, traveled through evaluation of the learner, and ended with program evaluation again, but this time in terms of ROI and the goals of the organization. Exercise 5-1 will help you to keep these various evaluation levels straight.
