Level 3 Evaluation

Level 3 evaluation begins to answer your organization’s most pressing question about training: Is the training given being used back on the job? If level 1 is easy, then level 3 begins to really challenge your ability as a trainer. Instead of fairly simple questionnaires, you need to find out if your training has helped with actual job performance. Level 3 evaluations are usually done through a combination of direct observation and questionnaires given to both the learners and their supervisors.
