I’d like to thank the team that helped pull the book together. Most important was Betsy Harris whose patience and flexibility compensated for the fact that I missed every deadline. Writing books takes time, but publishing them takes professional-level attention to detail. As always, I put the words on the paper but Betsy turned them into a book.
