Dr. Mitchell Kusy has twenty-five years of experience as a key leader in several organizations, including as director of leadership development at American Express and director of organization development at Health Partners. A Registered Organization Development Consultant, he is a full professor in the Ph.D. program in Leadership and Change at Antioch University and a distinguished visiting professor at the University of Auckland, New Zealand. A 2005 Fulbright Scholar for international organization development, he also received the Minnesota Organization Development Practitioner of the Year award in 1998.
