The past administration was tolerant of toxic individuals. This administration addresses it immediately, which has set the bar for what is acceptable. Naturally, this has allowed an overall health for the entire organization, which has brought in even healthier team members.
We are realists, so we don't expect all leaders to have the power or resources to intervene with the entire organizational system. Rather, leaders must determine what they have the opportunity (and even power) to change.
