Helen is a product designer at a successful software company. She’s three years out of Stanford, a wiz at software requirement documents, and already a young business star. Helen is out of the house at 7 a.m., her day packed with meetings, writing, software testing, and plenty of the unexpected. But at 5:20 p.m. on Tuesday, she’s out the office door not a minute late to catch the last possible train that will get her in front of her home computer by 7 p.m. sharp.
