CRITICAL ISSUES/ACTION ITEMS LOG

The critical issues/action items log is a form that you complete to record significant actions to perform in the future. Often, the entries are items not included in the work breakdown structure or schedule.

For each entry in the form, there are accompanying pieces of information: unique number, description, date assigned, actual completion date, priority, person assigned, suspense date, and comments.

The benefits of the log include raising visibility to the entries, generating commitment to resolving them, and serving as a record their completion or incompletion.
