As failure is so frequent, so widespread, so inevitably a part of our everyday working lives and experience, no book about it could reasonably claim to have examined the subject thoroughly without going through actual failure and how you deal with it. This is what I do in Part 3. Failure is about businesses, organisations and institutions, but above all it is about people.
