It’s easy to get caught up in the glamour of traveling to exotic destinations, but don’t forget the beauty you already have in your own backyard. I’ve lived in many places throughout the United States, and one thing I’ve learned is to never take my local environment for granted. Getting out and traveling just a few hours (or even minutes) from your home is an excellent way to see your own home in a new light.
