How to Become a TICSE

For this senior-level TruSecure ICSA Security Practitioner credential, the requirements are as follows:

  • Prerequisite Certification. Candidates must first obtain TICSA certification to qualify for the TICSE exam.

  • Exam Requirement. A different Prometric Exam for the TruSecure ICSA Certified Security Expert Exam, as well as costs, has yet to be announced. The program should be released in 2003.

  • Work/Education Experience. A minimum of 4 years' security-related work experience, or records of attendance at 96 hours or more of approved computer security or privacy conferences or seminars, or completion of 96 hours or more of approved computer security training or coursework.
