Certification Requirements

The basics for all TruSecure ICSA certifications are the same:

  • Meet prerequisite certification requirements, if any.

  • Pass an exam.

  • Meet on-the-job experience or equivalent education hours requirements.

  • Subscribe to the TruSecure Security Practitioner Code of Ethics. That code is available through the TruSecure Security Practitioner Web pages; we reproduce it here for your convenience.

    1. Promote trust and confidence in information technology by upholding good risk management practices. Refrain from either minimizing or overstating the risks to systems and from recommending inappropriate information security practices for a given environment.

    2. Set the example in performance of duties by acting with integrity, honesty, impartiality, ...
