RECOGNISE WHEN YOU ARE ABOUT TO SNAP
We pride ourselves on our calmness and our rational approach. We are conscious when we become annoyed and are able to work with that emotion. But sometimes we recognise that we can come close to the edge and might show annoyance or anger in a way that is counter-productive.
What do we do when we sense a strong, emotional reaction rising up in us? When do we let it out or contain it? When do we go into avoidance mode and move into another space? Or when do we acknowledge to those around us how we are feeling about a particular situation?
