#11: Don’t Let Your Soul Get Sucked Dry

You know what people complain about most when it comes to their work? That all that time they spend at work is just downright unfulfilling.

They run from one deadline to the next, reacting to e-mails and instant messages and checking things off their to-do list. They want to know, “How can I have more meaning in what I do?”

For some people, it’s a matter of completely changing the type of work they do. Asking big questions like, How do I want to spend my time? Who do I want to spend it with? What do I want to create or who do I want to serve? These are good questions to visit from time to time.
