#9: Don’t Crank Out Letters Like an Assembly Line

Of all the illogical thinking that goes on in a job search, this one is up at the top of the list: The more jobs I apply for, the more likely one will pan out.

Believe that and here’s what you’ll do:

  • Crank out cover letters to hundreds of employers and apply for openings you’re not qualified for.

Not a good way to spend your time.
