In recent years, we have interviewed a profusion of people from around the world and asked them for their insights concerning leadership—managers in multinationals, a brain surgeon, the board of a Japanese corporation, not-for-profit leaders, a soccer coach, social entrepreneurs, a chef, CEOs, would-be CEOs, MBA students, educational leaders, teachers, and many more.
