In Part One, we’re going to look at success: setting and achieving goals from a personal development point of view. We’ll look at how successful people think and how we can easily adopt their ways of thinking if we apply our minds in the correct way. A big part of the goals process is thinking about the goal in the correct way, a way in which the most powerful parts of your mind can engage and make things happen for you.
In Part Two, we look at why we have certain fears that hold us back from taking the action we need to take, how fear works and how we can change it so we get on with the things that need to be done.
