Take a quick second to savor how much progress you’ve made.

You, or at least John, started out feeling overwhelmed, with concerns crowding out the ability to think and act clearly. It felt like swimming against the tide without a break. Each day seemed to bring new concerns, yet the old ones weren’t resolved yet. Work was tough enough, but there were important family relationships that needed attention, too. How were you supposed to handle it all, and more? When could you take time to stay healthy and fit, grow in your passions and hobbies, help and lead at your church or synagogue, pursue your dreams? How could you ever get ahead?

Now, within only an hour or so—maybe only 30 minutes—your life has radically changed for the better.

Look at your list.

You’ve tamed all of your concerns.

Each one is listed, simplified, prioritized, and on the right road to be resolved.
